a guide for people who can’t tell the 90s from the early 2000s apart

  • if people are dressed in neon, it’s the 90simage

WHAT DOES THIS PERSON ACTUALLY LOOK LIKE THO

Anonymous asked: if you believe you have 'more privilege' because you are sometimes mistaken as white, do you believe bisexual people have 'more privilege' because they are sometimes mistaken as straight? not trying to attack you or anything - I'm just genuinely curious as to whether you think this comparison holds any water

marinashutup:

I mean, mixed race and bisexual people MIGHT get the benefit of sometimes “passing” as the “norm” (ie straight or white) but that doesn’t mean they don’t internalize the negative values our society holds against LGBT people and POCs or have issues of identity because of that. It’s a different set of problems that we should view from a nuanced perspective. Being “white passing” is not the same as being white, even though other people might interpret you as white. Also bisexual and mixed race people often face a lack of a voice and representation in popular media (other than being fetishized and being seen as exotic but not “too exotic”) and erasure of their specific experiences and identities.

MYTHOLOGY MEME(1/1) Mythology

NORSE MYTHOLOGY is the body of mythology of the North Germanic people stemming from Norse paganism and continuing after the Christianization of Scandinavia and into the Scandinavian folklore of the modern period. The northernmost extension of Germanic mythology, Norse mythology consists of tales of various deities, beings, and heroes derived from numerous sources from both before and after the pagan period, including medieval manuscripts, archaeological representations, and folk tradition.
